Product Description Divorce has become a multi billion dollar industry and corruption and power have become the norm. The ordinary uneventful divorce is a thing of the past.
If you have a difficult divorce with a narcissistic or sociopathic spouse the legal system makes it worse. This book is a an eye opening walk through a divorce journey with an observant narrator who brings her research skills to her own divorce. Finding herself disempowered and in shock she tackles all aspects of the industry, and as she does, she explores the interior changes the trauma brings about.
This is the book to read before you file. This is the book that will make you change the plan to fit the road you are on.
Find out how unethical attorneys can change your life and how a divorce that should never have gone to trial went all the way to the Appeals Court. From interviews with soccer moms living in their cars to her judge's peers, this is powerful information.
“Thank you for sharing your wisdom in your books-they have helped me in MANY ways to remember that I am not alone - and that I am empowered to move forward without feeling victimized.” California
“THANK YOU.....it catapulted me into a fight I didn't give up on.....I ended up coming out VERY WELL...I received 99.99% of our assets and full legal custody of our children! I really enjoyed reading about your experiences through the horrid process. It gave me a heads up and opened my eyes.” Nevada

Divorce: The Real Truth and Hidden Dangers seems to be thinking of all of us that are continually taking trips to the court room, dealing with a toxic ex and dishonest attorneys. Ann Bradley understands and encourages us to use our strengths and not become a victim. This is a window into corruption and how it can change your life in divorce court. An honest and compelling perspective into the world of unethical divorce attorneys and narcissism.
I'm fascinated by this book July 24, 2009 Malcom Lofgren (California) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
It takes the reader from opposing counsel and his threats to an analysis of the psychology of trauma, the legal system and unethical attorneys and how to survive it all. The insight into how the narcissist manipulates the legal system has helped me see what I am up against and how I need to change my strategy. Intelligent and fascinating. The interviews and stories of divorces in Silicon Valley came as a shock. I had no idea what was going on there. If you don't like in depth analysis you won't like this. It could have a better title.
had I known this book... August 14, 2009 M. Korkmaz (NYC, NY) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
very enlightening and sheds good light on the dark corners of the divorce experience whether with your ex or your seemingly friendly but inherently shady attorney.. as I said, had i only known and read beforehand.
